Facility: Healthcare facility offering a range of healthcare services to meet the needs of the local community.
Opportunity:
* * In need of EM coverage, this will be ongoing coverage and can have no gaps. * Current schedule is 2 providers per 24 hours working 12 hour shifts. * Coverage is supplemented with employed APPs that work 10a-10p. * Open Dates: * May 6-10 nights, * May 11 days * May 15-17 nights, * May 23-26 nights, * May 26 day * June 1&2 (days and nights), * June 3-5 nights * June 9-16 days * June 20-22 nights * June 23 days * June 28&29 nights * June 29-30 days. * 1.5 patients per hour on average * 12 hours of mid-level assistance during peak hours * EMR - Meditech * Must be comfortable with all ages * A minimum of 250 case logs in the last year * The state of ND requires ATLS for any EM provider practicing in the state * Must be comfortable with all procedures (Intubations, Chest Tubes, Central Lines, Critical Care, Procedural Sedation, Airway Management OB/GYN and Deliveries, Adult and Pediatric resuscitation). * Feels more like a big hospital, but it's actually a critical access hospital. A lot of support staff that you find at a bigger hospital. * Credentialing timeline; 4 weeks, or shorter. Will do temps.
Compensation: Competitive weekly pay and malpractice included.
