Locums - A well renowned hospital system is seeking a Urologist to assist with clinic, OR, and call for an ongoing locums need.

* Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist * Start ASAP for ongoing need * M-F 8a-5p clinic or OR * Weekend call and after hours call during the week for ER and hospital * Approx 18-22 ppd in clinic * Adult patient population * Required procedures include Cystoscopy in office and bread & butter procedures in OR * EMR EPIC * Active IL license or IMLC, DEA, CSR, ACLS, BLS, recent case logs * Competitive rate, mileage, lodging, malpractice provided * Please refer to job ID # 5892
