Ellie Mental Health is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (Level 3 Therapist) to join the Burr Ridge practice as a Mental Health Clinical Supervisor Site Manager. The role supports clinicians, strengthens clinical quality, and helps advance the mission of making mental health care more accessible and effective for the community. Location: Burr Ridge, IL (in-person on-site with limited hybrid flexibility) Schedule: Part-time, with potential to grow into full-time Education: Master’s degree or higher (required) License/Certification: LCPC, LCSW, PsyD, or PhD (required) Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year (based on experience, productivity, and credentials) Primary Role Responsibilities

Clinical supervision and leadership of clinical staff, office management, and organizational tasks Provide clinical supervision and consultation to provisionally licensed clinicians and support supervisees in developing skills, confidence, and professional identity Model ethics, documentation, and therapeutic effectiveness Contribute to training and culture initiatives that enhance clinical excellence and team wellbeing Direct Clinical Work

Maintain a part-time caseload of 15 weekly client sessions Provide individual, couples, or family therapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed modalities Develop treatment plans and complete documentation in line with Ellie standards and timelines Qualifications

Licensed in Illinois as an LCPC, LCSW, PsyD, or PhD Minimum 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience Minimum 2 years of experience providing clinical supervision (or strong readiness and training to step into that role) Skilled in trauma-informed care and evidence-based modalities (CBT, Trauma-focused care, DBT, Solution Focused) Experience in treatment planning, documentation, and ethical decision-making Reflective, grounded clinician who values authenticity, mentorship, and professional development Excited to grow within a supportive, mission-driven environment Clinical Supervisor Training / CEUs completed within 90 days of hire About Ellie Mental Health
