Build Your Own Pipeline: Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities within the mid‑enterprise retail sector.

Drive the Sales Cycle: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and close.

Collaborate for Success: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure client satisfaction and long‑term success.

As an Account Executive, You Will

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with mid‑enterprise clients (average deal size: $80K‑$100K).

Apply a consultative selling methodology (e.g., Gap Selling) to deeply understand customer challenges and position our AI solutions as the ideal fit.

Manage end‑to‑end sales cycles, including prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, proposal generation, and contract negotiation.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and key stakeholders.

Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client success.

Represent us at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in our CRM system.

Requirements

Proven Sales Track Record: Several years of experience in direct sales, consistently exceeding quotas in a B2B software sales environment.

Retail Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the retail industry and experience selling complex software solutions (ideally ERP‑integrated).

AI/Enterprise Software Sales: Demonstrated success selling AI‑based enterprise software to mid‑enterprise clients.

"Hunter" Mentality: Strong ability to proactively identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities, creating a robust pipeline from scratch.

Consultative Approach: Skilled in uncovering customer needs and presenting tailored solutions.

Strategic Problem Solver: Background in Solution Engineering or consulting with top firms (e.g., Deloitte) is a strong plus.

Methodology Familiarity: Familiarity with Theory of Constraints (TOC) methodology is a strong plus.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field is preferred.
