Working Mode: Hybrid (Resource will have to be there at client location for 2-3 business days in a week)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned SAP SCM Functional Consultant to provide functional expertise across Procurement, Supply Chain, and Materials Management modules. The role focuses on optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring efficient operations, and driving system enhancements within SAP. Retail domain experience is highly preferred for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and support SAP modules related to Procurement, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain Planning.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and supply chain teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Develop detailed functional specifications for system enhancements and customizations.
Manage and maintain master data for materials, vendors, and purchasing conditions.
Conduct system testing, deliver end-user training, and provide ongoing process and system support.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
7+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP SCM and MM modules, focusing on purchasing and inventory management.
Strong understanding of supply chain operations, procurement principles, and SAP best practices.
Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions.
Preferred Requirement:
Experience in the Retail domain is highly preferred.
