Design and develop automation solutions using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern development frameworks. Build and maintain enterprise applications using platforms like Superblocks and n8n, integrating with internal APIs and services. Develop and implement workflow automation across multiple enterprise systems (Okta, Workday, Confluence, Jira, etc.). Develop AI‑powered tools and integrations, including chatbots and intelligent assistants for internal processes. Create and maintain serverless functions using tools such as AWS Lambda. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to automate business processes and eliminate manual workflows. Mentor team members and promote automation best practices across the organization. Translate complex business challenges into technical solutions. What You’ll Build

Intelligent automation tools that eliminate manual processes across departments. Self‑service applications that empower users to solve their own problems. Integration solutions connecting disparate enterprise systems. Compliance and governance tools that meet regulatory requirements. AI‑powered assistants that help employees be more productive. Workflow automation scalable with business growth. Here’s What You Need

3+ years of strong programming experience in Python, building production applications. Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for web application development. Experience with REST API development and integration. Solid understanding of cloud platforms, particularly AWS and Azure services. Experience with enterprise identity and access management systems. Knowledge of CI/CD practices and version control (Git/GitHub). Experience with database design and SQL. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently on complex technical challenges. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
