The RN will provide specialized nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. The RN will also ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards, educate patients and families about procedures and post-care instructions, and maintain patient safety throughout procedures.

Responsibilities

Provide specialized nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures.

Monitor patient vital signs and ensure safety throughout procedures.

Administer medications and assist with patient preparation and post-procedure recovery.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards.
