to help build and elevate its global comp strategy. Ideal for a strong Compensation Analyst ready for the next step into a manager-level role.
What You’ll Do:
Lead market pricing, job evaluation, and survey benchmarking
Support global compensation programs + job architecture
Partner with HRBPs and leaders on compensation decisions
Analyze pay data and support annual compensation cycles
Ensure compliance across multiple regions
What You Need:
4–6+ years of compensation experience
Strong analytics + Excel skills
Experience with global organizations is a plus
Clear communicator who loves partnering with the business
