Clock Tower Realty is a full‑service real‑estate brokerage based in Winter Garden, Florida. They help clients across the buying and selling process of residential property, offering localized expertise, marketing support, and client education.
The Broker / Managing Partner will provide leadership for the brokerage, oversee business operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive growth of the agent team and revenue. This role combines hands‑on brokerage work (listing/selling properties) with strategic business management, marketing oversight, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the licensed Broker responsible for all real‑estate brokerage activities, ensuring all transactions comply with national/state licensing laws and industry best practices.
Set the firm’s strategic direction: develop business plans, growth targets, market expansion strategies, and new service offerings.
Lead and manage the sales/agent team: recruit, train, mentor agents, monitor performance, establish KPIs, and foster a high‑performance culture.
Oversee the marketing and brand presence of the firm: including digital marketing, listings exposure, client experience, promotional campaigns and market positioning.
Manage the operational infrastructure: systems for listing management, CRM, client funnels, reporting, office processes, and administrative support.
Maintain financial oversight: budget planning, forecasting, profitability tracking, cost management, revenue streams (commissions, referral income, etc.).
Ensure client satisfaction and service standards: monitor client feedback, testimonials, agent performance, quality of service delivery.
Cultivate and maintain local market expertise: stay current on the Winter Garden / Central Florida real‑estate market trends, pricing dynamics, neighborhood data and emerging opportunities.
Actively participate in high‑level client transactions: personally handle key listings and sales, negotiate offers, coordinate closing processes and represent the firm in complex deals.
Uphold compliance and risk management: ensure contracts, disclosures, state licensing, ethical standards, continuing education requirements are met for both yourself and your agents.
Build relationships with partners, lenders, developers, vendors, and community stakeholders to strengthen network and referral base.
Requirements Required Qualifications & Skills
Valid Florida real‑estate broker’s license (or ability to obtain).
Several years (typically 5-10+) of successful real‑estate brokerage experience, ideally including supervisory or leadership roles.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing business volume.
Strong leadership, coaching, team‑building, and people‑management capabilities.
Solid business acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and operational processes.
Excellent marketing and client‑service orientation; strong communication (written & verbal), negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Deep understanding of the Central Florida residential real‑estate market (Winter Garden / Orlando region) and ability to analyze market data and trends.
High ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism.
Comfortable balancing hands‑on brokerage work with strategic business management.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience scaling a boutique brokerage or managing multiple agents/teams.
Familiarity with modern real‑estate technology: CRM systems, lead‑generation platforms, digital marketing analytics, listing syndication tools.
Strong referral and network base in the local market.
Established personal brand or reputation in the market.
Performance Metrics
Growth in gross commission income (GCI) year‑on‑year.
Agent productivity: average listings per agent, average days on market, list‑to‑sale price ratio.
Client satisfaction rates / referral volumes / online reviews.
Operating cost control and profitability of the brokerage.
Market share growth in designated geography.
