Location/Travel Requirements:

Hybrid- Employees may be required to work out of the nearest office location for quarterly meetings 1-4 times annually. 20%+ travel required for client meetings, training, etc.

Position Overview The Solution Architect will join our Professional Services team to assist in implementation and services projects for Aravo customers. You will be responsible for the overall design of third-party risk management systems for enterprise clients, which involves working with clients to discern detailed actionable requirements, assisting in the preparation of effort estimates and oversight of project team to ensure Aravo best practice is utilized and the resulting solution is scalable and best in class. Strong communication and in-depth Aravo configuration knowledge are critical for this role, as you will be seen as an "expert" in your field and will operate without constant oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the implementation and delivery of assigned projects

Work as a team member on all aspects of Aravo delivery including but not limited to:

Administering a Design Workshop for Clients

Translate client requirements into detailed Aravo configuration requirements

Derive effort estimate based on bespoke requirements

Advanced configuration of Aravo solution

Answer project team design/configuration questions

Advanced Problem Solving and Troubleshooting

Documentation of design and configuration best practices

Work with Client configuration teams in advisory capacity to provide best practice, educate and troubleshoot configuration issues

Provide feedback / suggestions on internal processes to help set best practice for future services configuration builds

Provide updates to project leads on the status of deliverables vs. schedule

Identify out-of-scope functionality and raise scope creep concerns to the project manager

Ability to work independently on a project with limited oversight and no additional resources when required

Develop effort estimates for existing client's future work

Use of project templates and tools appropriately and effectively

Work autonomously to achieve desired outcomes of a project

Skills

Expert understanding of a software delivery life cycle and more than one type of delivery methodology

Expert understanding of delivery challenges that are specific to a SAAS delivery environment

Proven ability to collaborate with resources internal and external to your department to accomplish tasks

Excellent communication and customer-facing presentation skills

Aptitude for providing support in constructing relationships within customer base to provide opportunities for expansion and growth

Expert problem-solving skills

Team player that is motivated and takes the initiative to deliver

Must be organized and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Capable of working autonomously to desired outcomes of a project

Requirements / Qualifications

5+ years of SaaS implementation experience, 2+ years of Aravo configuration experience highly preferred

2+ working with Third Party Risk Management systems highly desirable

1+ years of professional experience working directly with external clients

Proven ability to effectively translate complex business needs into a software delivery plan and to document and communicate that plan

Ability to use a computer and communicate via video or written means

Ability to travel as needed (10% or more)

Ability to work and be available during normal business hours as well as after hours and weekends on an as needed basis
