Responsibilities Technical & Content Advisor
Provides sound guidance to project teams and leadership, leveraging strong analytical thinking and subject‑matter knowledge.
Begins to develop specific expertise based on experience, project work, and interest.
Product Content & Delivery
Fully owns the development and delivery of high‑quality, rigorously QC‑ed, and well‑organized content.
Manages Operations, Processes, & BD Support
Supervises day‑to‑day operations and collaborates with leadership to identify future strategic opportunities.
People Management
Supports the development of 1–5 junior team members.
Monitors performance, provides timely feedback, and coaches team members through training and development activities.

Minimum Job Requirements
6+ years of work experience in consulting, data analytics, or related areas in life sciences.
Advanced degree or high‑level education preferred.
Excellent problem‑solving, communication, quantitative, and team‑contributing skills.
Interest in the evolving healthcare industry.
Strong project, time, and organizational management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to interpret and enhance data analytics produced by junior staff.
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
Compensation The expected annual compensation for this level is between $198,000 and $215,000 for base and bonus. You will also be eligible for profit sharing, a 401(k) match, and additional performance incentive awards at the time of promotion.
