Regional Director of Business Development

to lead business growth across a network of skilled nursing facilities in Northern Oregon (Eugene‑Salem area). This high‑impact role reports to the Vice President of Business Development and drives census performance through strategic planning, market engagement, and hands‑on leadership.

Location: Northern Oregon (Eugene, OR to Salem, OR)

Compensation: $90,000 – $105,000/yr (DOE)

Full‑time | Exempt | Healthcare – Skilled Nursing Facilities / Long‑Term Care

Key Responsibilities

Achieve and sustain census targets across assigned facilities, aligned with corporate goals

Drive consistent growth in referral volume, conversion rates, and strategic partnerships

Deliver quarterly market assessments and strategic plans with measurable outcomes

Provide direct leadership, coaching, and performance management for Admissions Directors

Ensure 100% accuracy and compliance in referral documentation, CRM usage, and reporting

Quickly identify and resolve barriers to admission within 24–48 hours of escalation

Maintain a strong and visible presence with hospitals, discharge planners, MCOs, ACOs, and other referral partners

Build and expand key healthcare and community relationships to grow referral pipelines

Promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and high performance aligned with organizational values

Attend industry and community events to increase visibility and strengthen partnerships

Ideal Candidate Will Have

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration or related field (Master’s preferred)

5+ years of healthcare business development or admissions experience, with at least 2 years in a multi‑site or regional leadership role

Demonstrated success in leading census growth and executing market strategies

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

CRM system proficiency and ability to use data to drive decision‑making

Willingness to travel regularly within the region
