As a ServiceNow Senior Consultant, you’ll lead transformations that give clients a competitive edge and help them overcome creative and technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the final product meets their needs.
Design and develop user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience across mobile, web, and tablet platforms.
Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives.
Act as a workstream lead across all phases of a ServiceNow IT/OT Asset Management project—including design, configuration/development, testing, and deployment.
Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for ServiceNow IT/OT Asset Management process implementations.
Analyze a company’s IT/OT Asset Management people, process, and technology capabilities, and offer leading‑practice recommendations.
Advise on the connectivity of the CMDB and IT Operations Management (ITOM) to ITSM processes.
Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops with functional and/or business process area subject matter experts.
Support waterfall and agile delivery models—including planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk and issue logs.
Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.
Travel as required to meet client needs.
Skills & Attributes
Ability to manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3–5 resources, including offshore consultants, developers, and testers.
Strong communication, adaptability, problem‑solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organizational skills.
Experience leading teams and supervising others.
Valid driver’s license in the U.S.
Ability to travel to meet client needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
2–4 years of relevant ServiceNow IT/OT Asset Management project experience.
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Minimum of two of the following ServiceNow certifications:
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations
3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response
Performance analytics and reporting experience; certifications are a plus.
Experience with ServiceNow’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
Benefits
Competitive base salary: $102,500 – $187,900 (US) with higher ranges for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento).
