Senior BI Analyst (Supply Analytics, Bangkok-based) – Bangkok, Thailand. This role sits within Agoda’s Supply Analytics team and focuses on leading strategic and operational BI initiatives to drive growth and efficiency for the Supply organization. What you’ll do
Translate internal briefs into analytical projects, refine briefs, ask the right questions, develop hypotheses and storyboard outputs. Use data from multiple large-scale data warehouses and present statistically robust analyses to a wide range of business stakeholders. Proactively identify growth opportunities within supply and the wider business. Drive new analytical initiatives to improve organizational efficiency and shape Agoda supply. Identify, support, and lead projects to scale how the Supply organization uses data, insights, and intelligence. Automate manual operational processes and demonstrate time savings from modernization of operations. What you’ll Need to Succeed
4+ years of experience in analytics/data science/insights/strategy. Bachelor’s degree in a business or quantitative field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, economics, finance). 3+ years of experience with BI and analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, Metabase, or PowerBI). Experience in conducting A/B testing (a plus). Experience in Python or R (a plus). Understanding of statistical modelling or basic machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, random forests) is a plus. Strong stakeholder management; comfortable presenting to senior leadership and C-suite. Ability to discover data insights and provide business recommendations. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build simple, clever solutions under constraints through deep business understanding and cross-functional collaboration. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. Data-driven decision making and performance measurement. Ability to operate in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and coordinate resources. Nice to Have
