Overview This position is responsible for leading cross functional teams to execute Hot Beverage Initiative projects for Keurig Dr Pepper beverages. Projects will vary in complexity. The project manager will work with internal and external business partners to align project scope and timeline for successful service across stakeholders. The project manager will be the primary point of contact for coordinating and ensuring timeline deliverables and strategic objectives are met. As a member of the Supply Chain Initiatives Team, this role shares responsibility for developing, maintaining and improving formal project management methods and tools across the company.

What you will do

Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are validated and aligned to execute new product initiatives. Requirements may include item setup, artwork, sourcing location, capacity planning, production planning, demand planning, transportation, and master data management.

Coordinate with Commercial, Brand, Procurement, Sales, Engineering, Quality, R&D, Supply Planning, external stakeholders and leadership to understand project requirements and develop project timelines.

Manage all Supply Chain Planning development and integration activities for multiple projects simultaneously.

Prioritize multiple, and at times conflicting, project deliverables. Make recommendations as needed to ensure successful and flawless execution of assigned projects.

Communicate project requirements and launch strategy to manufacturing plants, as required.

Manage and update tracking or reporting tools to monitor accuracy and on-time execution of deliverables for each project.

Identify root causes to supply chain-related gaps in project timelines and risks to deliverables; support and/or lead issue resolution to prevent recurrence and improve project management processes.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and address issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Use project management tools to track progress and performance. Generate regular status reports and present findings to senior management.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. Lead initiatives to enhance project management methodologies and tools.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply-Chain Management or related field preferred; MBA desirable

Advanced certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) are preferred

5-10 years of supply chain experience and experience with SAP or similar ERP system required

Experience in Consumer Products Goods

Experience in New Product Introduction

Proficiency in common knowledge-worker tools (Windows, Office Professional, Visio, etc.) and specialized project/program management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)

Planview or other project portfolio management (PPM) applications experience/skills desirable

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience in a senior or leadership role preferred

Providing strategic updates to senior stakeholders

Mentoring and training junior project managers

Work Location and Compensation Location: Boston, MA

Salary range: $92,500.00-$105,000.00
