Responsibilities
Aid Administration in overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Urgent Care Center and Crisis Walk-in Center (CWIC)
Ensure compliance with Federal, State, County, and local laws and established safety policies
Collaborate with department heads (Clinical Supervisor, Nursing Supervisor, Safety Specialist Supervisor, Quality Assurance Supervisor) to manage services and staff
Collaborate with Clinical Supervisor for mental health services, case management, and support services
Coordinate with Safety Specialist Supervisor and Quality Assurance Supervisor on deliverables
Fulfill the role and responsibilities of Clinical Director per Title 22 regulations
Provide clinical supervision to staff as required through CABBS
Work with the Director of Nursing to ensure appropriate client care and treatment
Oversee regulatory requirements as stated by DMH Regulations, Title 9, Title 22, and other agencies
Serve as liaison to establish positive relationships with community providers and agencies
Review and update policies and procedures, risk management, safety systems, and quality assurance activities

24/7 outpatient program
Rapid mental health assessment, crisis intervention, and medication support
Walk-ins welcome
Clients may stay up to 24 hours
Behavioral Health Urgent Care Center serves 12 adults (18+) and 6 adolescents (13-17)

Qualifications
Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Clinical Social Work, Rehabilitation Therapy, Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling or equivalent OR Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology required
Three (3) years of direct clinical experience with seriously mentally disordered clients
One (1) year of supervisory experience in an inpatient/residential setting preferred
CA license appropriate to the profession (MD, Clinical Psychology, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) plus two (2) years post-licensure experience with the ability to supervise BBS-registered interns and associates
Valid CA Driver’s License
