Trademark Attorney - Mid Level Associate
Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP is hiring a mid-level Trademark Attorney to join our Intellectual Property Team in any California office, preferably Southern California. The role includes substantive trademark prosecution and enforcement work, with emphasis on responding to USPTO Office Actions, handling TTAB opposition and cancellation proceedings, and enforcing rights via demand letters and takedowns. Qualifications
At least 3–6 years of experience in trademark prosecution and enforcement. Substantial experience drafting persuasive responses to USPTO Office Actions and managing TTAB proceedings. Experience with enforcement matters, including demand letters, takedowns, and similar actions is highly desirable. Experience in trademark counseling and portfolio management is beneficial, though not essential. California State Bar admission required; USPTO Bar admission preferred but not mandatory. Strong written advocacy skills, timely responsiveness, and adept collaboration with paralegals and attorneys. Compensation
Base pay range: $175,000 - $250,000 per year. Compensation is based on skills and experience with significant bonus opportunities for attorneys at all levels. Benefits
