This position is for a Datacenter Networking Enterprise Architect F5 that serves as a primary resource for F5 configuration, security, management, and troubleshooting for the State of Michigan. Complete description
This position is responsible for the configuration of F5 resources within the State of Michigan. They must have thorough knowledge of the following F5 modules and their corresponding duties within the State of Michigan environment: Work with developers of different Agencies to confirm suggestions made by the F5 for different applications, requesting certificates, and implementing new learning suggestions before and during implementation. Maintain their ticket queue within the Remedy Ticketing System to meet Service Level Agreements. Participate in troubleshooting and design meetings for different applications. Make phone calls, respond to email messages in a timely basis. Work at least two days-a-week onsite at the worksite address. Knowledge of Cloudflare is required. Top Skills & Years of Experience
