Own digital growth across email, SMS, social, webinars, and podcasts, lead two channel pros, drive measurable lift.
Overview Our client is going through a digital transformation, hiring a Senior Marketing Manager, Digital and Growth to build audience segmentation, orchestrate lifecycle campaigns, and improve conversions across core channels. You will guide testing, reporting, and channel best practices, partner with marketing tech and content, and tie results to business goals.
Responsibilities
Build audience segmentation and targeting frameworks, map journeys, nurture flows, and lifecycle campaigns.
Set channel best practices across email, SMS, social, webinars, podcasts, define testing plans for subject lines, send times, CTAs, and audiences.
Lead cross channel campaign builds and launches in HubSpot, direct two channel executors, manage calendars and sequencing.
Ensure compliance with CAN SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, protect sender reputation, coordinate Salesforce campaigns and UTM governance.
Maintain content inventory and page mapping with content and martech partners, execute email, SMS, social, webinars, podcasts, and drive post launch nurture.
Set targets and benchmarks, analyze funnels and attribution, present performance narratives, run experiments to beat pre migration baselines.
Monitor competitors and trends to inform strategy.
Manage two direct reports, guide builds, segmentation logic, reviews, schedules, and agency partners.
Requirements
Five or more years in digital marketing focused on channel strategy and performance, proven lift in engagement and conversion.
Hands on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, Sitecore, Coveo, vendor data and dashboards.
Expertise in email, SMS, social, webinars, deliverability, segmentation, lifecycle marketing, personalization, multi channel orchestration, frequency capping, conversion optimization.
Strong data analysis, AB testing, reporting, and communication skills, experience leading execution teams.
