Position Objective
The Support Associate supports a customer and product‑focused sales culture with core principles at the forefront of all store operations. Responsibilities include merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization.
Functional Responsibilities
Process merchandise, ensuring items are stored, ticketed and located for replenishment and reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.
New products are properly merchandised and represented in a timely manner.
Enter receiving documents into the computer system, reconcile merchandise invoices, complete store‑to‑store transfers and locate requests accurately and timely.
Receive and process visual packet materials, props and signage, store stockroom hardware, hangers and sign holders.
Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
Assist with visual directives including floorsets, window changes, visual presentations, signage placement as directed.
Support MAPS principles and standards through strong operational processes that support a cohesive omni‑channel experience.
Promote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem solving; seek personal development and solicit feedback.
Other duties as assigned; assist with boutique cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills with ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing.
Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines.
Ability to demonstrate teamwork.
Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired.
Regular attendance is essential; flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays required.
Physical Requirements
Constant walking/standing – 67-100% of 8‑hour shift.
Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs – 1-33% of 8‑hour shift.
Frequent climbing – 34-66% of 8‑hour shift.
Wage Range The wage range for this position is $16.60 to $20.75. Successful candidates’ wages will be determined based on qualifications.
