At a Glance:

Drive the transformation and implementation of our total value productivity strategy focusing on mid‑to‑long‑term pipeline building with key stakeholders across procurement, R&D, supply chain, operations, brand strategy teams and our supplier network.

Balance pipeline development with the execution of in‑year productivity plans to meet company targets.

Although based in the US, this is a global role interacting with all zones to create a strong value engineering pipeline for pack and product.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a robust multi‑year pipeline of projects that drive cost optimization and value creation through sourcing optimizations, product and pack efficiencies in collaboration with all zones, categories, supporting teams and key supplier network.

Partner with business teams to prioritize productivity initiatives aligned with commercial and brand strategies, ensuring early awareness and successful implementation in zone plans, holding stakeholders accountable.

Drive visibility and validation of the mid‑to‑long‑term productivity pipeline with finance, ensuring accuracy of plans and forecasts.

Act as productivity framework methodology champion, enforce process, promote adoption, coordinate governance, identify gaps and develop action plans.

Lead projects that drive business growth through cost benchmarking, market analysis, business case development, and leveraging design‑to‑value methodologies.

Embed sustainability considerations into our total productivity framework, aligning with procurement evolution strategy and brand equity priorities.

Provide timely support to zones to address in‑year performance gaps and ensure priorities are met in line with AOP plans.

Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing, operating as a center of expertise to share best practice learnings and unlock scalable productivity initiatives across zones.

Recipe for Success – Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Procurement, Research and Development, Business Administration, or Engineering (preferred).

At least six years of experience in value creation roles, leading cross‑functional projects in a fast‑paced, multinational environment, ideally within the food industry.

Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and lead multiple projects and programs focused on efficiency and effectiveness, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a growth mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills and high digital literacy.

Base Salary Range: $118,400.00 – $148,000.00 (New Hire Base Salary)

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance‑based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
