Lead and manage investor relations for the Real Estate Americas division within JPMorgan Chase Private Markets. Shape investor relations strategy, oversee client reporting and deliverables, and support platform growth and competitive positioning. Job Responsibilities
Lead the investor relations team for wealth products, overseeing day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives to ensure effective client reporting, marketing materials, questionnaires, and all deliverables. Assess team needs and manage resource allocation. Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy that aligns with platform objectives, driving growth and competitive positioning. Provide strategic oversight of the investor relations process, focusing on consistency, efficiency, and timely delivery of materials and reports, with an emphasis on process optimization. Maintain a deep understanding of real‑estate markets and trends to translate insights into client communications and materials. Collaborate with offshore teams and stakeholders to standardize, optimize, and streamline reporting and client deliverables for improved efficiency and consistency. Lead strategic projects that support the platform’s growth and drive innovation. Ensure all investor communications and materials comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
7+ years of experience in investor relations or a related field, with a strong background in real‑estate investment. Proven leadership and team‑management skills, with the ability to inspire and collaborate across functions. Strong project‑management and organizational skills, capable of prioritizing and managing diverse workloads under tight deadlines. Expertise in driving standardization and optimization of processes and deliverables. Ability to lead in a fast‑paced environment, steering strategic projects that support growth and competitive positioning. Proficiency in creating compelling client materials, presentations, and reports, with a focus on storytelling and translating complex concepts into engaging visuals. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and delivery of clear client responses. Experience in fostering team collaboration and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Strong understanding and interest in real‑estate investment management. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
