As a Platform Engineer / Backend Engineer, you’ll help shape high‑scale backend systems and cloud infrastructure that drive mission‑critical insights.
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of experience in DevOps or platform engineering
Proficiency with Golang, Java, or another strongly typed language
Strong SQL and database optimization skills (PostgreSQL, NoSQL, or similar)
Experience designing, building, and maintaining microservices architectures
Hands‑on experience with AWS ECS, Docker, and Terraform
Familiarity with Python for automation or data integration
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across distributed environments
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with API integration and client‑facing technical collaboration
Familiarity with Databricks, Grafana, or machine learning workflows
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

75% Infrastructure and Cloud Automation (AWS, Terraform, Docker, ECS)
15% Data Platform and Observability (Databricks, Grafana, Elastic)
10% Development (Golang, Python, SQL)
