is a leading residential window and door manufacturer with brands for new construction and replacement. We are seeking a
Territory Sales Manager
to aggressively grow sales and promote the Milgard brand in the Western Slope of Colorado and Salt Lake City, Utah.
Location Salt Lake City, Utah or surrounding areas such as Provo, Orem, and Spanish Fork. Regular travel to Grand Junction, Colorado and the Western Slope region is required.
Responsibilities
Sell Milgard products through the dealer channel, promote sales growth, and provide product expertise, business counsel, and marketing advice.
Prospect and bring on new business by opening qualified Milgard dealers and managing specialty one‑step and retail customers in the greater Salt Lake City area.
Work with all home builders within the territory to advise them of various Milgard product solutions.
Provide business counsel and marketing advice to dealers.
Support the order fulfillment process by working with inside sales reps, production personnel, customer service, credit, and delivery.
Create and execute Milgard Performance Standards (MPS) objectives, meet MPS commitments, and work within the guidelines of MPS and the Milgard Philosophy.
Qualifications
3–5 years of outside sales experience in the building products industry.
Experience working with distributors, developers, and home builders.
BA/BS in Management, Marketing, or related field, or a successful combination of education and experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers in the region.
