As a ServiceNow Senior Consultant you’ll play a leading role in that mission, providing the competitive edge our clients need to overcome the biggest creative and technical challenges.
Your Key Responsibilities
Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
May require regular travel to meet with clients.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Act as a workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow HRSD project and solution delivery including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment phases.
Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3‑5 resources including offshore resources.
Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for ServiceNow HRSD process implementations.
Analyze a company’s people, process, and technology capabilities, provide recommendations and contribute to strategic roadmaps.
Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops.
Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models, including managing planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk logs.
Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
2–4 years of relevant ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Minimum of one of the following ServiceNow certifications:
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery
3+ years of Big‑4 or equivalent consulting experience.
Excellent soft skills – communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, organization.
Experience leading teams and supervising others.
Valid U.S. driver’s license.
Ability to travel to meet client needs.
Ideally You’ll Also Have
Performance analytics and reporting experience – certifications are a plus.
Employee Center and Workplace Service Delivery experience – certifications are a plus.
Experience in ServiceNow’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).

What We Offer
A comprehensive compensation and benefits package. Base salary ranges: $102,500–$187,900 (US). Additional for metro areas. Total Rewards includes medical, dental, pension, 401(k), paid time off.
Hybrid model with 40–60% in‑person work for client‑serving roles.
Flexible vacation policy based on personal circumstances; additional leave for holidays, breaks, and personal/family care.
