5+ years of experience
with hands‑on engineering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
Workflows, Business Processes, Plug‑ins, Webresources and CRM SDK, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints
Strong familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform: Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, MS AI
Full Stack Development
Hands‑on experience with: C#, .NET, ASP.NET, MVC
HTML, CSS
Solid understanding of: Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, Web Services and APIs
Proficiency in MS‑SQL and backend development
Experience with Azure and/or AWS, including: NodeJS APIs, Data Export Service, SSRS, SSIS
Nice to have
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification (e.g., MB‑200, MB‑400)

Description:
Insight Global is assisting a client in identifying a Sr. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of our CRM and web applications. This role offers significant autonomy and decision‑making authority, ideal for someone with deep technical expertise and a passion for mentoring others.
Key Responsibilities
Customize and optimize Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business needs.
Integrate client APIs using Azure services and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Design and implement plugins, workflows, and custom entities to extend CRM functionality.
Write efficient SQL queries for reporting and data management (SQL Server).
Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in software design and development.
Conduct code reviews and contribute to the evolution of development standards.
Provide coaching and support to enhance team performance and technical skills.
Collaborate with the CIO and technical teams on architecture planning and process improvements.
Ensure availability, security, and scalability of cloud‑hosted applications.
Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and optimize for performance and cost‑efficiency.
Develop RESTful APIs and manage data exports between Dynamics 365 and third‑party platforms.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate CRM with external systems and interactive products.
Annual Compensation:
$130,000 -155,000
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
