Opportunity Captivate is seeking a Data Visualization Analyst to strengthen the accuracy, accessibility, and impact of data across our revenue organization. In this role, you will design and maintain Tableau dashboards that power decisions for Advertising Sales, Real Estate Sales, and Finance. You will transform complex data into clear insights, elevate forecasting and revenue performance reporting, and ensure leadership always has a reliable view of the business.

Salary Range $80,000 to $85,000 annually

Where You Will Be You will be working on our NYC office conveniently located in Midtown Manhattan. Captivate has a strong office culture and has returned to work in person Tuesdays to Thursdays, with the option to work remote on Mondays and Fridays.

What You Will Do Data Visualization & Insights (50%)

Design, build, and maintain executive‑ready Tableau dashboards and data models that guide revenue strategy and sales execution

Develop efficient data pipelines and governed data sources to support trusted BI across teams

Translate business requirements into intuitive visualizations, standardized KPIs, and scalable reporting frameworks

Use advanced Tableau capabilities such as parameters, LOD expressions, actions, extensions, performance optimization to enable deeper analysis and interactivity

Partner with Sales, Finance, and senior leadership to analyze pipeline health, forecast accuracy, campaign delivery, churn indications, and revenue trends

Proactively identify insight gaps and introduce new dashboards that elevate decision making

Revenue Operations Support (30%)

Own recurring RevOps reporting including ▪ Pipeline dashboards ▪ Forecast models and pacing reports ▪ Quota attainment and performance scorecards ▪ Sales commissions inputs ▪ Revenue analytics for executive/board materials

Maintain alignment and data integrity across Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau, and NetSuite

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data inconsistencies or system sync issues with urgency

Automate recurring processes and build self‑serve analytical tools that reduce manual reporting load

Support CRM workflow improvements that enhance forecast reliability and revenue visibility

Analytics & Ad‑Hoc Deep Dives (20%)

Perform quantitative revenue analysis to uncover risks, efficiency opportunities, and whitespace growth

Create structured KPI documentation and reporting standards that scale with the business

Build business cases with data, supporting new initiatives such as pricing updates, inventory optimization, or new sales strategies

Support leadership with ad‑hoc insights tied to quarterly objectives

Continuously evaluate new data sources and reporting enhancements to raise data maturity across Captivate

What You Bring

Advanced Tableau expertise. You are confident building highly interactive dashboards, optimizing performance, and creating visuals that help leaders take action quickly.

Skilled in optimizing static Excel reports by developing automated, dynamic Tableau visualizations that improve usability and reduce manual work.

3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar role where data guided commercial decisions.

Strong Excel skills. You enjoy working with large datasets, building revenue models, and simplifying recurring tasks with automation.

Experience working in Salesforce day to day and ensuring data quality is second nature.

Familiarity with Snowflake and NetSuite or similar BI or data warehouse systems and interest in expanding your technical toolkit.

The ability to make data simple and engaging and translate complex analysis into clear stories that help non‑technical partners understand what matters and why.

Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to build strong relationships with Sales, Finance, Leadership, and Operations.

Strong organization and prioritization skills. You like building structure, anticipating needs, and keeping multiple workstreams moving forward.

A continuous improvement mindset. You look for opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance accuracy, and improve reporting consistency.

Curiosity and initiative. You love learning new capabilities, asking why, and finding better ways to support growth with data.

Comfort working in a fast‑moving environment and enthusiasm for solving new challenges as the business grows.
