Senior Financial Analyst – Corporate Accounting

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring proper documentation of financial transactions. The Senior Financial Analyst prepares complex financial reports, reconciles accounts, and supports forecasting and budgeting processes. The position also contributes to internal controls, audit support, and financial analysis to guide strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

Lead the monthly close process and ensure completion of all checklist items. Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts, post journal entries, and analyze financial trends and variances. Maintain fixed asset ledger and depreciation schedules for both book and tax purposes. Support weekly cash flow forecasting and communicate changes to leadership. Assist with tax preparation by providing supporting documentation and schedules. Collaborate with external auditors and provide requested financial data and reports. Present financial analyses and reports to senior management. Identify and analyze risks related to internal controls, compliance, and operational efficiency. Review financial data including assets, liabilities, income, and expenditures. Provide backup support for other finance functions such as accounts payable, payroll, and cost accounting. Document processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and accuracy. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; CPA preferred. Experience:
