Responsibilities
Service, operate, maintain and troubleshoot chillers (air‑cooled, centrifugal, water‑cooled). Opportunity to perform full teardown.
Coordinate work processes on large projects; assemble and disassemble commercial equipment for troubleshooting and planned maintenance.
Complete service contracts, quoted projects and demand service calls; develop long‑term customer relationships and explain work performed.
Communicate and document project status to all stakeholders.
Participate in technician on‑call‑stand by rotation as per business policy.
Purchase materials and issue purchase order numbers to suppliers.
Safely operate motor vehicles and trailers; meet fleet safety and company safety requirements.
Maintain equipment, tools, and inventory on service vehicle.
Use app‑based software efficiently.
Qualifications
Minimum 7+ years of experience in Chiller Commercial Service.
Advanced knowledge of service processes, techniques and codes; proven ability to read complex schematics and prints.
Experience with full teardown; self‑managed individual with professional demeanor.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level
