Vehicle Quality Coordinator

We are seeking a Vehicle Quality Coordinator to manage and oversee quality inspection and repair workflows for incoming vehicles from an automotive manufacturer prior to their delivery to a retrofit company for autonomous platform integration. This role serves as the liaison between the automobile manufacturers support team and the local vehicle operations group, ensuring all base vehicle issues are clearly documented, communicated, and resolved in a timely manner.
Scope
Inspect incoming vehicles and identify issues or non-conformances requiring correction before handoff.
Maintain a structured log of vehicle defects and quality concerns, coordinate resolutions with the automotive manufacturers support teams.
Meet with visiting repair teams to walk them through repair scopes and ensure alignment on fixes.
Ensure vehicle quality meets the standards required prior to downstream integration and fabrication.
Collaborate cross-functionally with vehicle engineering, operations, and supplier teams.
Maintain clear, organized documentation and status updates for all units in process.
Required
Hands‑on experience in vehicle quality inspection, automotive manufacturing, or fleet operations.
Strong working knowledge of vehicle systems and production‑quality standards.
Experience coordinating with OEMs, vendors, or Tier 1 suppliers on defect resolution.
Ability to work independently while interfacing with cross‑functional teams and supplier reps.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable working onsite in a fast‑paced production‑adjacent environment.
Estimated Min Rate : $30.00
Estimated Max Rate : $45.00
