Job Description This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. If hired for the job described, the franchisee will be your employer, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is responsible for all employment matters. Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.

A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness for customers.

Shift Managers perform tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking corrective action to meet standards, monitoring safety, security, profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare for a great shift.

Shift Managers may be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping their assigned Departments meet their goals.

Qualifications

Previous leadership experience preferred within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.

Positive team player with a flexible schedule.

Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
