The SEI Group, with its brands SternMed GmbH and EndoMed Systems GmbH, is an expanding company in the field of medical technology with headquarters in Ravensburg. Our goal is to produce a diverse selection of high-quality medical devices “Designed and Produced in Germany,” distribute them worldwide, and ensure long-term commitment and local support.
To strengthen our dynamic sales team, we are currently looking for a motivated and committed individual to fill the position of Sales Manager Medical Devices International (m/f/d).
Responsibilities
Develop and expand our sales activities and partner network in endoscopic medical technology
Development and implementation of market potential analyses – especially in the field of endoscopy
Identification and support of sales partners and establishment of new customer relationships
Supporting the introduction and establishment of our endoscopic product line
Presenting our product portfolio to customers, at trade fairs, and at conferences
Contributing to the strategic development of the endoscopy division
Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting KPIs and market insights to management
Your profile
+5 years of experience in the sale of medical devices, ideally with in endoscopy
Interest in specializing in the field of endoscopic medical technology
Analytical thinking and confident handling of market data
Strong communication and presentation skills
Willingness to travel
Independent, structured way of working with team spirit
Very good English skills and German language , the French or Spanish is an advantage.
