Entry Level
Landscape Designer
to help support our projects and join our growing
Charlotte, NC
and
Rock Hill, SC
teams.
Essential functions and responsibilities include:
Work with other Landscape Architects and Planners in a support role
Production of plans in CAD from the preliminary master plan phase through putting construction documents together for public bid
Communicate with clients, engineers and architects on landscape projects, both written and orally
Prepare layered, visual representations of verbally described outdoor areas, present the images to clients and edit them to fit changes suggested by clients
Stay up to date on current practices and landscaping trends by engaging in continued research and education
Create drafts to update existing public spaces to be more environmentally and economically friendly
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor of Landscape Architecture or Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture
Preferred: Working knowledge in one or more of the following programs:
AutoCAD software
Adobe Creative Suite
Lumion
Land-FX
SketchUp
Rhino
