Position Summary The Facilities and Vehicle Cleaning Associate plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene of buses and facility spaces. This position ensures that each vehicle meets high standards of appearance and readiness for delivery, while also supporting broader facility upkeep.

What You Will Do

Live and role model company values and culture at all times

Clean buses thoroughly, including interiors, under seats, and storage compartments

Perform routine cleaning of bathrooms, shop floors, offices, and other facility areas

Maintain and organize cleaning tools and equipment to ensure readiness and safety

Monitor cleaning supply levels and notify supervisor when replenishment is needed

Work efficiently in tight spaces and maintain a fast‑paced workflow throughout the shift

Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning agents such as IPA, acetone, mineral spirits, and degreasers

What You Need to Be Successful

Prior experience cleaning vehicles or facility spaces preferred

Basic knowledge of cleaning materials and their appropriate uses

Ability to work in physically demanding conditions for up to 10 hours

Comfortable working in confined areas and under seats

No sensitivity or allergies to industrial cleaning agents

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain pace without sacrificing quality

Reliable, self‑motivated, and willing to take initiative

Regularly lift up to 10 lbs; frequently up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs

Must be able to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders, and work at heights

Exposure to vibration and moving mechanical parts is common
