What You Will Be Doing
Supervise, train, and motivate employees to provide enthusiastic customer service.
Ensure orders are taken promptly, accurately, and courteously.
Resolve customer concerns.
Take inventory of stock during shift to determine ordering needs and prevent shortages.
Count cash on hand at shift change and closing to determine shortages or overages and prepare bank deposit statements.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
