Group Supervisor
at
The Arkansas Juvenile Assessment and Treatment Center (AJATC)
in Bryant, Arkansas.
AJATC is a secure residential program for at‑risk male and female youth, located on 110 acres just outside Little Rock, AR. The facility offers residential student dormitories, on‑site school and library, vocational training program, chapel, gymnasium and medical services and an outdoor recreation area.
Pay:
$45,000 annually; can increase based on education and years of experience.

What you will do:
A Group Supervisor is a lead mentor to the Direct Juvenile Support Workers, supervising Coach Counselors and Night Coach Counselors and ensuring staff and students adhere to facility schedules and program elements. They maintain proper staff‑to‑student ratios, make critical decisions during emergencies, conduct group intervention crisis sessions, and act as a role model for staff and students.
To be considered you should:
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Have at least 1 year of experience working with at‑risk youth.
Have supervisory experience.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test.
Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry.
Meet requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active driver’s license.
Schedule:
4 days on/3 off – 3 days on/4 off.
Night Shift:
7 p.m. – 8 a.m. (12‑hour shift with a 1‑hour break).
Night shift schedule: Every other Wednesday; Every Thursday through Saturday.
