Base Pay Range $52,000.00/hr - $75,000.00/hr
Responsibilities
Assist the Project Coordinator Manager and Project Coordinators in the day-to-day operations of completing a successful project.
Follow the procedures set forth in the Project Coordinator Standard Operating Procedures.
Ensure that job processes are followed in accordance with company policies.
Ensure company contractual standards are met prior to commencing work.
Update project documentation to ensure all job-related documents are easily accessible.
Update Division and project documentation to ensure up-to-date communication between office and field.
Enter project budgets.
Build purchase orders and receipts for invoices, saving documents within the project files.
Process field call-in purchase orders from verification to completion.
Post vendor/subcontractor invoices to purchase orders, initiating the invoice approval process.
Ensure project billings occur per contractual documents.
Request, coordinate, log and track Company, vendor and subcontractor pre-lien notices.
Obtain and compile As-Builts, Start-Up Reports, O & M’s, Warranties, Owner Training and Closeout Packages.
Perform other duties as directed and deemed necessary.
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self‑motivated, punctual, and professional in appearance and speech.
Ability to multi‑task and have excellent follow‑up skills both internally and externally.
Proficient computer skills.
