is partnering with a leading engineering firm to hire an experienced
Project Manager
to oversee
multimillion-dollar Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects
across the Northwest. This role offers the opportunity to lead critical infrastructure initiatives that strengthen the power grid and advance renewable energy integration.
We’re looking for someone with a blend of
technical depth, leadership, and client-facing experience
— someone who thrives managing complex projects from design through construction support.
Lead the full project lifecycle: planning, engineering, procurement, construction support, and closeout.
Serve as the primary client interface, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
Direct and mentor multidisciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and subcontractors.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and reports.
Maintain strict safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Electrical, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering
(or
Construction Management ).
10–20 years of experience managing
Transmission & Distribution (T&D)
projects.
Proven track record delivering
multimillion-dollar utility projects .
Experience with regional utilities (e.g., PGE, BPA, PacifiCorp, PSE, SCL) highly preferred.
Prior
engineering consulting
experience strongly desired.
Proficiency with
MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools .
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Lead high-impact projects that modernize the electric grid.
Collaborate with industry leaders on cutting-edge infrastructure work.
