Compensation:
$230,000–$280,000 + Bonus (DOE)

Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a broad range of sophisticated corporate matters, including:
Mergers and acquisitions
Private equity transactions
General corporate counseling
Drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts

J.D. from an accredited law school
