Position Summary We are seeking an
experienced Service Advisor/Writer
who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service by accurately identifying customer needs, coordinating repairs, and ensuring a smooth, transparent repair process from start to finish. This role requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills, along with a passion for customer satisfaction and teamwork.
Responsibilities
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs
Prepare and process repair orders
Communicate clearly with technicians and customers
Provide repair estimates and obtain authorization for additional work as needed
Recommend additional services and maintenance opportunities
Maintain organized, accurate, and timely documentation
Follow up proactively to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Professional, customer-first demeanor
Computer literacy and strong typing skills
Attention to detail with neat, accurate paperwork
Proven follow-up and problem-solving skills
Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude
Basic diesel and/or automotive knowledge preferred
High energy, motivated, and dependable work ethic
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
1–2 years of service advisor or management experience in truck or automotive industry
Knowledge of ADP/CDK preferred
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Excellent phone and computer skills
Ambitious, goal-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Team player committed to long-term success
