Brembo North America has an opening for an Aftermarket Marketing and Digital Content Associate that will support the Category Management team in promoting our products and services within the automotive aftermarket industry.
Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies to promote our automotive aftermarket products and services.
Contribute to the creation and optimization of digital content, including website and catalog copy and digital assets, blog posts, social media content, and email marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to support the development of marketing collateral (both physical and digital), such as brochures, training materials, videos, and product images.
Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Support the monitoring and analysis of digital marketing metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates, and conversion rates, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Coordinate with central marketing on social media platforms, including content scheduling, community engagement, and monitoring advertising campaigns.
Stay updated on industry developments and emerging digital marketing trends to contribute fresh ideas and suggestions.
Collaborate with the sales team to support relationship building with key industry influencers, partners, and stakeholders.
Contribute to the coordination and execution of marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Assist in monitoring and managing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Support in evaluating the performance of marketing campaigns and contribute to adjustments and improvements.
Coordinate logistics and participate in the planning and execution of fairs, expos, and trade shows, including booth setup, staff scheduling, promotional material preparation, and post‑event evaluation.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in marketing roles, preferably in the automotive aftermarket industry. Proven experience with digital content creation, including website copy, social media, and email campaigns.
Proficiency in SEO and digital marketing best practices.
Familiarity with digital analytics tools for monitoring and analyzing metrics.
Strong writing and editing skills for various platforms, including blogs, social media, and product copy.
Experience with graphic design tools for creating digital assets.
Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
Experience working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
Ability to coordinate and contribute to the development of marketing collateral.
Previous involvement in planning and executing trade shows or industry events.
Logistics coordination experience, including booth setup and post‑event evaluation.
Familiarity with managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost‑effective strategies.
Ability to analyze digital marketing metrics and provide actionable insights.
A keen interest in and understanding of the automotive aftermarket industry.
