Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service.
Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality service and cleanliness.
Plan each shift and monitor performance to meet McDonald’s standards.
Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
Communicate with the next Shift Manager to hand over shift information.
Help assigned Departments meet their goals.

Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
