Manage the full project life cycle including requirements gathering, project planning, and execution Lead end-to-end business implementation projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives Maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, and risk management plans Provide leadership and effectively communicate project status to all stakeholders Coordinate cross-functional meetings to meet stakeholder expectations and company objectives What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field Minimum 4+ years of project management and implementation or program management experience Proficient with MS Office applications and project management tools Experience working with and leading diverse groups in matrix-managed environments PMP, PgMP, or CAPM certification preferred How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Master's degree in a related field Experience in healthcare project management Strong negotiation skills and ability to resolve issues effectively Familiarity with corporate project management methodologies Experience in creating quality standards for project deliverables We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
