Wherever we go we engage faith, relationship-building, and volunteers to lift‑up and support Colorado’s most vulnerable citizens. Duties And Responsibilities

Directly responsible for service provision and housing assistance for residents in the Affordable Housing Portfolio, providing trauma‑informed care, harm reduction, motivational interviewing, and critical time intervention. Conduct needs‑based assessments, community outreach, case management services, resource navigation, and support housing retention. Assist with income resources and public benefits, landlord mediation, and collaborate with service providers and multidisciplinary teams. Empower residents to live independently and develop life skills. Coordinate and facilitate health, wellness, and educational programs tailored to residents’ needs. Maintain existing partners and establish new partnerships to expand opportunities and resources for residents. Working Conditions And Physical Requirements

Must be willing to use a vehicle for service provision. Works in an office environment with prolonged periods of sitting. Position Type & Hours

Full Time, 40 hours per week Position Pay Range

$21.00/hr. – $24.00/hr. Starting pay based on experience Benefits

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, behavioral science, social work, or a closely related field/ or 2 years related experience. At minimum, one full year working with chronically unhoused populations and/or people with mental health or physical disabilities. Colorado driver’s license and state‑mandated automobile insurance. Willing to obtain first aid, automated external defibrillator, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications and keep them current. Criminal and civil background checks within 30 days of hire. Preferred Qualifications

Mental health experience preferred. Case management experience preferred. Crisis intervention experience preferred. Knowledge & Skills

Expert written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. High competency working with Microsoft Office suite and cloud‑based applications. Strong time‑management and prioritization skills. Experience working independently and in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment. Strong organization and case management skills. Legal & Miscellaneous
