$70,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr A contemporary fashion brand is seeking a
Product Developer
to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. This hybrid role combines product development expertise with strong design skills, supporting the creation and execution of seasonal collections. Responsibilities
Create and update tech packs and CADs to support design and production Partner with factories and vendors to ensure quality, fit, and on-time delivery Review patterns, construction, grading, and fit; communicate detailed corrections as needed Support product development processes from concept through bulk production Multitask across categories, using strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines Qualifications
5 years+ of relevant experience in product development or a design background worked within development. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required) and Photoshop Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, finishes, construction, and fit Experience working with retailers and/or manufacturers Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Seniority level
