Compensation Range : Hourly: $23.20 - $26.90 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.) About This Job : The main purpose of this job is to support the Private Client Advisors who are accountable for the delivery of wealth management advisory services to high net worth clients of Commerce Trust. Essential Functions : Perform service and fulfillment activities to meet the needs and expectations of Commerce Trust clients Act as an additional point of contact within the client relationship team for clients and act as the backup contact for clients in the PCAs absence Assist with account administration, document review, fund transfers, discretionary actions and coordination for tax preparations with minimal supervision Maintain a professional presence and approach with a strong desire to exceed client expectations Identify opportunities for expansion of relationships with existing clients Perform other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required : Basic knowledge of wealth management services and products Demonstrated superior customer service skills and the ability to work independently Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Client centric and desire to exceed client expectations Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values Professional presence and approach and desire to exceed client expectations Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Education & Experience : High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
