Promotions Team Lead – Path Resorts

Path Resorts is looking for a Promotions Team Lead to bring energy, leadership, and fun to our events across New England. As the on-site lead, you’ll be the heartbeat of the action—making sure our booth looks sharp, the team is motivated, and guests are having an unforgettable experience. You’ll help your crew shine, track performance, and make sure every event feels like the place to be. What You’ll Do

Event Leadership & Execution

Take charge as the on-site lead for promotional events—overseeing setup, operations, and breakdown with confidence and style. Keep everything running smoothly and looking amazing, staying true to Path Resorts’ brand standards. Build great relationships with event partners and venue staff—teamwork makes the dream work. Sales & Performance Support

Keep your team motivated and ready to engage with guests. Track daily results and share event performance updates with the Promotions Manager. Step in to demonstrate best practices and keep the energy high when goals need a boost. Team Development

Mentor and coach new ambassadors to help them feel confident, capable, and guest-ready. Offer real-time encouragement and feedback that keeps spirits and performance high. Identify training opportunities and recognize top performers. Guest Engagement

Be the face of Path Resorts—friendly, professional, and full of enthusiasm. Run fun giveaways, contests, and promotions that draw people in and keep them smiling. Share our story in a way that makes guests want to be part of the Path Resorts experience. Perks

$18/hour base pay. Mileage reimbursement for travel to and from events. Health, Dental, Vision coverage. Use of resort amenities. Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities within the Promotions Department. Work at exciting venues and events all over New England. Experience in events, sales, or team leadership is a plus—but passion and energy go even further! Outgoing, positive, and love connecting with people wherever you go. Reliable and organized, with a knack for thinking on your feet. A natural motivator who leads by example and keeps the team’s energy high. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (you’ll be hitting some fun event spots). Flexible schedule—weekends and regional travel are all part of the adventure.
