Begin with a team briefing, review the evening\'s objectives, and address concerns Check route for necessary supplies and readiness Oversee unloading at hospitals and healthcare facilities, ensuring protocols and food safety standards are met Interact with kitchen staff at major hotel kitchens and food production plants; address issues as they arise Maintain constant communication and problem‑solving to ensure smooth operations Compile reports on night activities and hand off to the day team, upholding industry compliance and high standards in food safety Note: This is a night shift position that involves being on the road overnight and servicing sensitive accounts while complying with strict food safety and healthcare standards.
