Our Shift Lead associates play a central role in bringing Panda’s mission alive in our restaurants by supporting management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and a vibrant ambiance. Responsibilities
Support a welcoming and vibrant environment for our guests. Manage store operations and lead the team during the shift. Gain hands‑on experience preparing Panda favorites for guests. Develop diverse skills to grow yourself and others. Benefits

The workspace is restricted, requiring employees to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and reach across 36‑inch counter tops. The environment is fast‑paced, noisy, and requires rapid but accurate food preparation and effective verbal communication.
