D-Trans LLC is hiring a
driven
Dispatch Coordinator with a working knowledge of freight logistics. If you understand how loads move and can handle the basics, we’ll train you to operate at a high professional level.
This role is
100% in-office
at our headquarters in Venice, FL.
We work together, support each other, and run fast — this requires real teamwork, real communication, and real presence.
What You’ll Do (with Training & Team Support)
Coordinate nationwide pickups and deliveries
Track loads in real time and resolve issues proactively
Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and brokers
Use our TMS to manage BOLs, PODs, and rate confirmations
Post and secure freight on DAT, Truckstop, and direct customer boards
Negotiate rates and maintain profitable margins
Plan legal, HOS‑compliant routes
Identify delays early and act quickly with team support
Participate in rotating evening/weekend/on‑call coverage
What You MUST Already Know
Basic freight operations: carriers, brokers, pickups, deliveries
How to read BOLs and rate confirmations
Familiarity with DOT / HOS regulations
Strong computer and communication skills
We WILL Train You InDepth On
Advanced load board strategy and lane optimization
Full TMS & Samsara telematics operations
Internal best practices used by our senior dispatch team
Language Skills = Higher Pay Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, Arabic speakers are given priority and higher starting rates, as these languages support communication within our driver and broker network.
